Position Summary: The position is for a full-time experienced customer care technician. Successful candidate will be required to perform all types of repairs to our homes once delivery has been completed. Must coordinate with both the home building facility and contractors in the process of ensuring an extraordinary experience for the customer. Will be required to prepare daily activity reports concerning project status and report these to the home building facility. The successful candidate will also communicate with customers as it relates to any on-going repairs that are identified This position will represent the company when engaging with team members, customers and suppliers, so excellent communication skills are essential. Key Qualifications: Strong troubleshooting skills and thorough understanding of all aspects of construction. Superior customer service and interpersonal skills. Effective communication, time management organizational and analytical skills. Overnight travel is required.
