Work start times can be somewhat flexible. Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following: Taking ownership for the custom automation machine being built Reading engineering drawings Building custom machines from the ground up Working with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical Working independently as well as part of a team depending on the project Travelling a minimal amount throughout southeastern Wisconsin Candidates with a background of building the same machine over and over again will not be a fit for this position. The background of the successful candidate must include the following: Five plus years of custom machine building experience (not building the same machine again and again) Two plus years of reading mechanical engineering drawings Possess a solid work history Being a US citizen or green card holder Having a residence within a 45 minute drive.
