CT Technologist/Radiologic Technologist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.

Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans on patients using specialized equipment
- Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions during the scanning process
- Administer contrast agents as needed for enhanced imaging
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their safety throughout the procedure
- Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze images
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in operating CT equipment and related software
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
In addition to the above, experience or knowledge in the following areas is preferred:
- Urgent care imaging procedures
- Diagnostic radiology techniques
- Nuclear medicine procedures
