Work Dates Needed: Sporadic dates Preferred Schedule: To be advised - Will include Call. Worksite Setting: Hospital / Northwestern Wyoming Scope of Work: Covers a variety of OR procedures (Gen Surg, OB/GYN), Endo); Responsible for performing general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services, including Ultra Sound guided blocks, endoscopy, and OB. 25 bed critical access hospital; Level 3 trauma center. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WY license ( Prefer candidates with active WY license, but will accept candidates with an active IMLC); Provide verified state license documentation; BLS; ACLS; Board Certified; Current CV; 3 references; Not accepting candidates with any disciplinary actions/malpractice claims; Exception: If the candidate is named in a group claim, an NPDB Self-Query is required to disclose.
