SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a few perm 1099 CRNAs for an opportunity in Western Florida. Pay rates are all outlined below. New Graduates are welcome to apply. Providers are paid as 1099, however malpractice coverage is provided. Call is only 1/8 and schedule is somewhat flexible. Ideal candidates will be looking for full time work South of Tampa, FL. Pay Rates: 95/hr for weekday scheduled shifts (base) 6hr min, VERY rarely getting sent home early 100/hr for weekend scheduled shifts base (weekend) 6 hr min, 110/hr if they stay past their schedule shift or come back in when on call (overtime) 100/shift for taking call on weeknights 200/shift for taking call on the weekends Call: 1/8 (30 min of hospital) Cases: ortho, general, wound care/burns, endo, cath lab, spine, robotics. No OB and very little trauma.
