Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 13 week assignment with option to extend at a facility near Whitehall, OH. Must have OH license. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's variable based on start time. No Call. Cases: Uro, Gen Surg, Robotic Gyn/Gen Surgery/Thoracic, Ortho, Trauma, Joint Replacement, Neuro and Spine, Plastics, Reconstructive, Sports Med, Colorectal, Vascular/Endo Vascular, OBGYN. Patient population/age: 18+. Patients per day: 4-6 cases/day. OH license required. DEA: Required. EMR: EPIC. Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days. $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
