Position: CRM Deployment & QA Specialist
Pay: $80- $94/HR
Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote) Pacific Time Zone preferred, but not a requirement
Overview: Deploy high-quality CRM communications across digital channels, collaborating with teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage CRM deployments, ensuring quality and meeting KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful launches.
Develop and implement a robust QA framework.
Manage ticket creation, approvals, and launches.
Identify personalization opportunities and optimize communications.

3+ years in CRM or data-driven marketing.
