CRITICAL CARE Locum Tenens Job in Northern IL
Northeast IL - 45 minutes South of Chicago, IL
- Shifts: Day (7AM-7PM)
- No geographic restrictions
- 475 bed hospital
- MD/DO
- Active IL or Compact licensed candidates ONLY
- BC in IM and CC. (NOT allowed: surgical, anesthesia or ED CC physicians)
- Procedures: Standard ICU procedures, primarily to supervise residents, including US aided procedures i.e. CVC, arterial line, thoracentesis, paracentesis, PA catheter, chest tube placement, and lumbar puncture (tentative).
- New state of the art facility in Southwest Chicago suburbs
- Teaching hospital with Critical Care fellows and Internal Medicine residents
- 32-bed ICU with medical / surgical / CV surgery patients
- Two daytime intensivists, 12-hour shift. Night is covered by tele-ICU and onsite Critical Care fellow.
