Title: Critical Care Director - Emergency Services & ICU Location: Geneva, NY

Salary: $130-150K + Bonus + Relocation Package + Signing Bonus

Responsibilities:

Lead the Emergency Department and ICU, driving initiatives to improve quality, safety, productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Utilize data-driven insights to analyze departmental performance and implement strategic solutions.

Champion interdisciplinary collaboration and communication to ensure seamless care coordination across departments.

Oversee critical care areas, including the Emergency Department and the Medic 55 ALS Program.

Establish and cultivate positive relationships with staff and physicians, serving as a mentor and coach.

Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Joint Commission requirements.

Requirements:

Master's degree in nursing or related field (e.g., MBA, MPA).

Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Emergency Nursing certification required within one year. Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, Basic Coronary Care, and CPI preferred.

5 years of nursing experience in Critical Care, with at least 3 years in the Emergency Department.

3 years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Meditech.
