Overview of the Credit Representative Role:
- Perform collection calls and escalate as needed
- Maintain customer relations
- Perform timely and accurate account reconciliation of your portfolio
- Perform credit limit review with recommendations
- Serve as the liaison between the credit and sales department
Preferred Qualifications for the Credit representative Role:
- 6 months of relevant experience
