The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit and collections processes to ensure timely payment of invoices and minimize bad debt losses.

Responsibilities of the Credit & Collections Manager
- Create a process for collections in the way you best see fit.
- Receive and post payment to customer's account
- Keep records and status of customer's account
- Set payment collection goals and targets for the department.
- Create and implement a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and bad debt reserves, help get DSO down from 60-70 days to 45-50 days
Preferred Qualifications Of The Credit & Collections Manager
- Proven experience in Credit & Collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat personality, drive, and motivation (self motivated)
- Sage 100 is a plus
- Excel skills, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
