SUMMARY OF JOB:

The Credit Administration Analyst will assist in the management of the Bank's loan portfolio by monitoring various areas of the portfolio for overall data integrity, compliance with internal procedures and compliance with all loan agreement requirements.


This is an in-office position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable commuting to DTC on a daily basis



ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  1. Provide an audit function for the Bank's loan exception tickler system.
  2. Ensure that all Business Loan Agreements are properly entered into the tickler system and being tracked for required financial statements, loan covenants, etc.
  3. Verify that exceptions marked as cleared are in fact satisfied and appropriately documented.
  4. Manage the monthly Credit Exception call with all Bankers and Loan Assistants.
  5. Loan Compliance Review and Monitoring:
  6. Review all Adverse Actions and withdrawn applications for compliance with procedures and notification requirements for the Bank and maintain log.
  7. Perform data integrity monitoring review for HMDA data submitted by the lending staff prior to upload in HMDA reporting software.
  8. Perform a post-closing monitoring review of consumer real estate loans for exceptions to TRID, Reg. B and appraisal notification requirements.
  9. Prepare a monthly report for mortgage disclosure tracking.
  10. Monitor construction loan fundings for approved interest reserve utilization, completion and documentation of required property inspections, and appropriate coding in loan system upon project completion.
  11. Monitor Borrowing Base Certificate reporting for the Credit Department, to include working with lending staff to ensure timely collection and accurate completion of all required documents.
  12. Support the Credit Administration Officer's Post Close review of selected loans. This will include ensuring the credit approval was followed during the booking and boarding process, and that all conditions for approval and closing were followed/satisfied.
  13. Provide back up support for the Loan Oversight and Risk Committee Recording Secretary.
  14. Assist the Credit Group in coordinating, facilitating and completing various monitoring activities.
  15. Maintain current knowledge and follow all Bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or sufficient Lending Operational experience

Work Experience: Previous banking experience

Supervisory Experience: N/A

Licenses/Accreditations: N/A

Computer Skills: High Level of Competency in the Microsoft Office environment, particularly with Excel and Word.

Other Requirements: N/A

Preferred Skills/Experience: Work experience in a Loan Operations or Lending Assistant role.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service: Effectively work with internal staff of the bank, very little external customer facing customer service is required. Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and Bank information.

Financial: Ability to learn the specific documents used in lending

Administrative Duties: Report generation from the Bank's systems to show compliance with internal policies and procedures

Autonomy: Must be able to work autonomously

Employees Supervised: N/A

Budget Responsibility: N/A


The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Targeted hiring range based on experience: $65,000 - $80,000. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law under the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
