PeopleShare is currently hiring a Credentialing Specialist for a Philadelphia-based Retail Client.

Credentialing Specialist Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM, in office
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Contract to Hire Role.

Credentialing Specialist Job Description:

Primary point of contact for new hires, recertification, and employee terminations with respect to credentialing; participate in the HR system process for internal staff
Provide direct communication and intervention with provider agencies and internal staff regarding credentialing status to resolve any issues; provide high quality customer service and customer support of the credential link process including timely notifications, timely responses, dispute resolution, and problem solving
Manage and maintain the master list of active and properly credentialed providers and staff; manage and maintain the master list of inactive providers and staff who have failed to remain properly credentialed

Credentialing Specialist Requirements:

2-3 year of related experience.
Strong knowledge of HR processes - onboarding and employee benefit administration.
