Overall Purpose: Produce high-quality marketing materials, including collateral, POS campaigns, brochures, and digital content, to effectively represent the brand in various formats.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the production department and Creative group to develop marketing materials.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization.

Design and develop 3-dimensional displays for retail environments, considering material fabrication, mechanics, and timelines.

Demonstrate proficiency in design principles, techniques, and technology, with a strong work ethic and computer skills.

Creative Designer Responsibilities:

Develop creative content aligned with retail marketing strategies and Client brand guidelines.

Coordinate with retail marketing and cross-functional teams to manage projects from start to finish within specified timelines.

Independently visit retail stores to understand project requirements and optimize deliverables.

Create presentations for executive management, outlining retail creative concepts and project timelines.

Proficiently use Creative Suite or other creative tools for design work.

Manage multiple projects and prioritize quick turnaround jobs effectively.

Stay updated on creative design tools, techniques, and innovations to enhance in-store creative.

Maintain regular office presence, with at least one day per week in-office.
