Craftsman Quality Inspector Technician with Security Clearance

Description Review shop Travelers for accuracy and completeness Experience in working with aerospace specifications and drawings Conduct In-Process, and Final inspections Conduct First Article Inspections using AS9102 Forms and documentation Conduct Receiving inspection/verification of product and relating certifications Review certification documents and records required to create a Certificate of Conformance Create end item data packets such as Certificates of Conformance, Indented Parts List and Configuration summary for internal and external inspections Highly skilled in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Complete customer Source Inspections for detail parts and assemblies Interface with program engineering and customers on Material Review Board issues Verify and control non-conforming product and the Material Review Board (MRB) process Use CMM, Faro Arms and other inspection tools and methods to inspect tooling, first article and production parts Provide Quality/Inspection verification support to Manufacturing and Engineering personnel Verify and control tool calibration cycles and the supporting documentation Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training (both required and desired): High School diploma required Associate's Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline desired Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area required Composite material experience is highly desirable Experience using Number/Bubble Drawings to create Inspection Reports Security: Must be a US citizen Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources
