Requirements: Your own truck or van with insurance required. Current and valid driver's license Knowledge of Trades including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing and electrical
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with fellow employees and management
Must have high level of integrity and professionalism in all business situations
Qualifications: Successful prior track record as a Handyman / Craftsman
Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing and various other trades
Own standard set of tools to perform all the above trades
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation and invoicing skills
Project estimating skills
