Counter Part Sales - $18.00/ hour
A national company with an Exton location is looking for technical sales help. The position will provide Provide customers with prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service.
Counter Part Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known)
- Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company
- Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers
- Enhance customer orders by asking if other products are needed that were not specifically requested
- Use computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation etc.
What we look for in a Counter Part Salesperson:
- Must be able to operate computer and other office machines such as fax, calculator, photocopier and so on
- Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration
- Should be able to operate a Forklift
- Attend product seminars provided "in-house" and trade education groups (RSES, ACCA, ARW, etc.) and vendors.
