Qualifications:
Desire and ability to work with children in a camp setting
Able to balance the needs of campers, camp, and themselves
Ability to accept supervision and guidance
Willingness to adapt behaviors as necessary to continue growing in their position and role in camp
Be of good character, integrity, and adaptability
Exceptional communication skills with both staff and campers
Well-developed sense of responsibility, good judgment, and common sense
Be an adult role model of how to live responsibly and maturely
Understand the potential of young children
The ability to maintain the stamina and endurance needed to succeed in an immersive camp environment
Ability to help campers develop Jewishly by being a positive Jewish role model
Responsibilities:
