Responsibilities of Accounting Manager:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of production costs, overhead expenses, and operational expenditures.
  • Identify and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, incorporating cost trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Generate comprehensive and clear financial reports related to cost accounting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the cost accounting function.
  • Implement efficient and effective cost accounting procedures to enhance accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
  • Work closely with various departments, including operations, procurement, and finance, to gather relevant cost data and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial accuracy.

Preferred Experience of Accounting Manager:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, inventory accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
