Our client is a multinational manufacturing company in the North Denver area, adding a newly created Corporate Tax and Treasury Analyst to their growing team.

What the Corporate Tax and Treasury Analyst will do:
- Responsible for the compilation of tax schedules for the auditors
- Direct wire transfers to other business units
- Manage the intercompany treasury transactions
- Review the interest rate swaps and derivative transactions and calculations
- Management reporting
- support the accounting team for month end close and the audit process
- review existing processes and suggest improvements and standardized practices
Preferred qualifications for the Corporate Tax and Treasury Analyst:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5 years of related experience with Corporate Taxes and Treasury
- accounting for multiple entities and intercompany experience required
- Savvy with integrating systems and process improvements
- enjoy collaborating with multiple teams
