Position Summary Orlando Health is a 3,200-bed system that includes 15 wholly-owned hospitals and emergency departments; rehabilitation services, cancer institutes, heart institutes, imaging and laboratory services, wound care centers, physician offices for adults and pediatrics, skilled nursing facilities, an in-patient behavioral health facility, home healthcare services in partnership with LHC Group, and urgent care centers in partnership with CareSpot Urgent Care. Nearly 4,200 physicians, representing more than 80 medical specialties and subspecialties have privileges across the Orlando Health system, which employs nearly 22,000 team members. Areas of clinical excellence are orthopedics, heart and vascular, cancer care, neurosciences, surgery, pediatric specialties, neonatology, women's health and trauma. NIGHT SHIFT ONLY- Variable Full Time, Part Time, and PRN available for the following specialties: Progressive Care Intensive Care Emergency Department As a member of the corporate float pool, you will float to each of the adult in-patient units within the system: South Seminole Hospital South Lake Hospital St. Cloud Hospital Health Central Horizon West Doctor Philips Hospital Orlando Regional Medical Center Orlando Health Cancer Center Qualifications Education/Training
• Assumes responsibility for professional development and continuing education.
• Meets all mandatory and developmental requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
• Must have one of the following: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Be a Diploma Nurse Licensure/Certification
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required based on the appropriate certification for the patient population. Experience One (1) year of acute care RN experience. Education/Training
