As a Corporate Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing key business opportunities to fuel the growth and success of Miles. Leveraging your extensive experience and Edtech industry knowledge, you will lead the charge in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, cultivating new business relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.


• Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans and strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.


• Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities by conducting thorough market research, analyzing industry trends, and assessing competitor landscapes.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders through effective communication, presentations, and negotiations.


• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.




• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies and tactics.


• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential areas for innovation.


• Represent Miles at events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster new business relationships.



Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.


• 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the Accounting Industry


• Demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.


• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence key decision-makers.


• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels of an organization.


• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.


• High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
