Law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their Real Estate team.
Responsibilities :
- M&As
- VC/LLC financings
- Prepare and coordinate securities filings, including Form ID, Form D and state blue sky filings
- Entity formation
- Drafting amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships and LLCs
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved training program preferred
- At least 5 years of current or recent large law firm experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
