Job Details

An immediate opening for an associate with 2-5 years of experience in or exposure to corporate and complex commercial litigation.

This law firm welcomes applications from highly qualified lateral candidates with outstanding academic performance and excellent writing skills, significant life and work experience, and with a passion to work at a firm with one of the leading corporation litigation practices in the nation.

Candidates must be Delaware-barred planning to take the Delaware bar exam.
