Mid to Senior Level Capital Markets Attorney
Our client is a global firm, seeking a mid to senior level U.S. capital markets associate for its New York, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, or Los Angeles offices. The salary for this position ranges from $265,000 to $390,000, and may vary depending upon a range of factors.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience working with underwriters, issuers, and placement agents related to IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings.
- Understanding of '34 Act work is helpful, although not required.
- Juris Doctor degree is required.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted .
- Strong academic credentials required.
- Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills; team-focused.
