Corporate IT Manager - In Office - Greenwhich, CT IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions across the company.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, minimizing recurring incidents.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation to address critical service outages impacting offices in various locations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering systems and networks in a Windows environment.
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
- Microsoft Office Suite (recent versions)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Domain Administration:
- Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- DHCP and DNS services
- Security patch testing and deployment
- Logon scripting and roaming profiles
- Experience with:
- Microsoft O365 suite administration
- Supporting users in a Citrix virtual environment
- Remote assistance tools
Additional Assets:
- Proven track record of planning and executing complex IT projects
- Experience supporting users on mobile devices
- Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience managing and configuring Cisco routers & switches
- Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Scripting/Automation skills
- Prior experience supporting the financial industry
