Title: Corporate Finance Director
Company Summary: We are currently looking for a Corporate Finance Director to join a leading Private Equity backed company specialized in Oil & Gas and Industrial Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the financial analysis and internal financial operations of the organization. This role is located in Downtown Houston and will have a quick path to CFO.
The Corporate Finance Director will be responsible for
- Prepare financial statements and oversee general ledger.
- Conduct short term and long term budgeting and forecasting analyses.
- Maintain internal financial strategy procedures.
- Assist in strategic financial planning, including capital structure decisions, investment analysis, and evaluating financial risks and opportunities.
Corporate Finance Director Requirements
- 8+ years of Corporate Finance or Audit & Assurance experience
- Oil & Gas or Manufacturing experience preferred
- Currently based in Houston, TX
