About the Role
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex accounting principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and internal controls and a demonstrated track record in managing financial operations with diverse business units. This position will provide strategic financial insight, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company's continued growth. A CPA designation is required.

What You Will Do:

Oversight of Accounting Operations: Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance for multiple divisions.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GAAP. Deliver insightful management reports, including KPIs and variance analysis.
Internal Controls: Design, implement, and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the reliability of financial data across all divisions.

Cash Management and Forecasting: Oversee cash flow management and develop accurate financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure consistent application across all divisions.

Audits and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and successful audit completion. Maintain a thorough understanding of tax laws and other regulations applicable to the company.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you will need:
A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
An active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is essential.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including at least three years in a controllership role.
Proven experience in managing financial operations within a multi-divisional company structure.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal control best practices.
Expertise in financial systems and ERP software (Netsuite). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify key trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and compliance.
