Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 per year

Job DetailsRequirements:
- 7+ years of experience with California Bar Admission and excellent Academic Credentials
- Experience with Corporate law, M&A, general business litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Base Salary: $125-$250K+
Bonus: 5% annual bonus based on production + 40% bonus in excess of minimum billable hours requirements (1800/year) + 15% origination bonuses monthly
