The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our firm's Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice, providing legal advice and support to our diverse clientele. Job Details

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be able to competently lead and manage M&A transactions with an enterprise value of $5-30M
3. A minimum of 6 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a specific focus on M&A.
4. In-depth knowledge of state and federal corporate law and regulations.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
