We are currently hiring a Revenue Accounting Co-Op in the Seaport District of Boston, MA. This is from July-December 2024.

  • A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

What You'll Brew:

  • Reconcile and post customer credits for product returns and deposit redemptions
  • Communicate to customers regarding outstanding credits and resolving discrepancies
  • Review change in price and materials to confirm accurate billings/credits
  • Own weekly upload process for third party dunnage returns to Parallel
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure returns process is completed timely and accurately
  • Assist in gathering support and invoices for State tax audits
  • Review invoices and transactions monthly to determine taxability for state reporting
  • Assist in providing audit support to both internal and external auditors
  • Play a key role in special projects and other assignments as needed

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program - Preferred fields of study are business, marketing, finance, or economics
  • Students 21+ years of age are preferred
  • Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders
  • Is detail oriented, a team player, and follows up on commitments
  • Delivers quality results on or ahead of schedule
  • Ability and willingness to come up with creative solutions for problems
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with or supporting a sales team is helpful
  • Experience working in an office setting preferred
