As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our properties, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our tenants in the Greentree area.

Signing Bonus: Upon successful completion of 90 days with our team, you will receive a signing bonus of $250 as a token of our appreciation for your dedication and hard work.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Repair and maintain facilities according to safety and preventive maintenance standards by representing BSRE in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responsible for timely response to service calls for all maintenance requests, within 24 hours.
- Conduct routine property inspections identifying maintenance needs.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform light carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
- Delegation of work to service vendors and support contractors for building maintenance needs; including inspection of completed work to established standards. (ex. janitorial, HVAC, snow removal).
What You Bring
- High school diploma/GED required. Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance or completion of a craft apprenticeship, preferred.
- Completion of OSHA 10 hour safety course
- Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience in commercial real estate preferred.
- Working knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., evening or weekends if necessary.
