Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPA Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance. As a CPA Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations for a group of 4-6 privately held businesses.


Position can be part-time or full-time.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and file tax returns for 4-6 small privately held businesses
  • Provide tax planning and consulting on accounting and finance matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

- Active CPA license

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting

- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
