The Sales Gallery Coordinator greet guests professionally and courteously to provide a positive environment, in support of the sales team.

Key Job Functions:
  • Provides high level of customer service through warm welcome and guest happiness
  • Identifies and assigns the Sales Executive and Sales Leader guests per the rotation
  • Handles incoming telephone calls and provides responses to inquiries.
  • Ensuring Sales Gallery and Model rooms are ready for the start of business.
  • Assist guests on the phone and in-person with direct marketing inquiries relating to the package they have already purchased.
  • Assigns sales bays for Sales Executives by tour guest count and reassigns sales bays to account for overage and adjust throughout the day.
  • Ensures that the assignment of tours is logged in HGV system (Chorus) and as needed, in the manual log.
  • Performs accurate and timely reporting of exception tour information processing to appropriate department.
  • Maintains and interprets tour rules and rotation to ensure consistency and integrity of process.
  • Liable for gift banks at assigned locations and maintains accuracy and balancing during shift.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Requirements:
  • 1+ year customer service experience
  • High School/GED required, associate's degree or College Diploma preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in related roles
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate digital literacy: Office Suite
  • Full flexible schedule required: mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in English required (proficiency in both English and Japanese preferred)
