Bobit seeks someone with project management experience to join us as our Custom Content Coordinator. Duties will include client and writer management, coordinating and tracking materials, content reviews, and assistance in support of multi-faceted webinar campaigns.

Headquartered in Torrance, CA, Bobit associates work remotely from home. Bobit is open to employing new associates in (only) the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA (except San Francisco), CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MI, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, WI

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Set up and facilitate kick-off meetings between Bobit staff and/or clients with writers
  • Provide information and materials to writers and clients
  • Utilize CRM to properly maintain and document activities and info
  • Utilize our project management software (currently Robohead) to track the status of all activities
  • Assist with RFPs (requests for proposals)
  • Create, prepare, and update reports, presentations, and collateral materials as directed or needed
  • Serve as a liaison to clients, writers, and other departments
  • Provide support as needed or directed to custom team for any/all facets of projects
  • Follow internal company policies and procedures
  • Any/all other/additional duties/responsibilities as assigned/required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (business or marketing) - or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of recent applicable experience supporting a complex creative/marketing team via robust/heavy project management
  • Creative, PR, or advertising agency experience is a plus
  • Provide evidence of having effectively managed multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal/telephone communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated individual displaying high degree of integrity and ethical conduct
  • Track record of problem-solving skills and excellent time management with deadlines met
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to compile and analyze data into comprehensive reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools (Robohead a plus), and CRMs
  • Skilled at providing consistently excellent customer service to clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
