Coordinates all support and clerical activities for department by providing support to internal clients while functioning as liaison with external clients. Potential for hybrid opportunity after new hire period. Responsibilities: Coordinates various department activities by facilitating analysis and reporting information. Develops, maintains and distributes reports for schedules, budgets, staff , paid time off and patient information. Coordinates various activities and provides customer support to internal and external customers. Prepares, provides analysis and implements special studies and projects. Other duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Certifications: None required. Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Strong attention to detail and organization is preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of five years office experience. Minimum five years experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects. Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software. Proficient with Epic and Microsoft Office. Experience developing and coordinating programs is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment Ability to travel throughout the hospital system Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $17.25 Maximum hourly: $26.31 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
