Dutiesand Responsibilities
  • Complete all trainingrequirements including:
  • Zaxby's Back of HouseDevelopment Plan
  • Hands-on stationstraining
  • Any additional training required byZax LLC
  • Provide friendly, enthusiastic servicefor all guests
  • Maintain awareness of currentpromotions
  • Enthusiastically represent theZaxby's brand
  • Assist with guest service andfront of house operations
  • Prepare menu itemsaccording to company standards and in a safe and sanitarymanner
  • Ensure food and beverages are handledaccording to safety regulations andguidelines
  • Safely operate food preparation andcooking equipment
  • Maintain product levels inassigned stations in order to be prepared for immediateneeds
  • Prepare and cook food items according tocompany standards
  • Accurately assemble andpackage guest orders
  • Maintain a clean and safeworking environment
  • Keep work areas clean andorganized
  • Maintain equipment and informmanagement of maintenance needs
  • Assist withinventory and storage management
  • Receive andstock incoming inventory deliveries
  • Hold andstore food items following food safetyguidelines
  • Inform management when inventory isneeded
  • Clean and organize storageareas
  • Otherresponsibilities
  • Complete all tasks with asense of urgency, in a timely manner
  • Worksafely and follow all safety guidelines andprocedures
  • Other duties asassigned

JobQualifications

The followingrequirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.
  • Must be 16 years of age orolder
  • Available to work 9 to 28 hours perweek
