Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared and served on time
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in scratch cooking
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
