Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes.
- Current Maricopa County Food Handler s certification.
- Food Preparation:
- Execute precise and consistent preparation of ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail and presentation.
- Cooking and Assembly:
- Cook and plate dishes with speed and accuracy during high-demand periods.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee that all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
