Responsibilities :
• Prompt Engineering and RAG, Vector database.
• Experience working with NLP and Machine Learning.
• Expert experience working with GenAI and LLM tools (i.e. GPT, BERT).
• Tangible experience working with ETL, relational databases, NoSQL or MongoDB.
• Worked on Vertex AI and good experience on Voice AI conversation.
• 5+ on Python
• Nuance IVR/Microsoft
• Dialogflow, RASA
