We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Services I to join our Corporate Trust - Conventional Debt team team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and can be located out of our Houston, TX -or- Pittsburgh, PA office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex Conventional Debt client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio's compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and resolves the most complex or non-routine client issues or inquires, as needed.
  • Work with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Lead team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Use communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
  • May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination
  • 5-7 years of work experience
  • Experience in conventional debt client services and/or and operational area preferred
