Job Title: Electrical & Automation Engineer (NO C2C/1099)
Location: Jefferson, WI (Onsite)
Duration: 18 Months+
-This position is 100% based out of Jefferson, WI.
-Overtime is not guaranteed but could include some evenings and 2nd shifts when needed (at 1.5X the base pay)
-Some travel to St. Louis for onboarding or meetings
-Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Requires daily walking through a construction site
This is an onsite Electrical & Automation Engineer to support the Jefferson expansion project. The team is looking for an E&A Engineer with Process/Food manufacturing experience in drawing development, execution/audit, specifications, RFP/RFIs, construction execution, and validation of installation to 2D/3D models.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field AND 5+ years of experience with control systems design in a food, beverage, or industrial manufacturing environment, including drawing development, execution/audit, specifications, RFP/RFIs, construction execution, and validation of installation to 2D/3D models.
OR
Associate degree in engineering or related field AND 7+ years of experience with control systems design in a food, beverage or industrial manufacturing environment, including drawing development, execution/audit, specifications, RFP/RFIs, construction execution, and validation of installation to 2D/3D models.
Experience with large, multi-million-dollar capex projects.

-Important - Working knowledge of Electrical Safety and Hazardous Energy Control Procedures (HECP)
-Important - Working knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electric Code), electrical installation and wiring practices

-Beneficial - Familiarity with power distribution
-Beneficial - Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat
-Beneficial - Competency in Siemens PLC design, programming, and implementation
-Required - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
-Required - Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Requires daily walking through a construction site
-Required - Steel toe shoes are required, and to be provided by the worker at own expense (job requirement)
