Develop and program the controls system side of robot cell and production line sections (high speed high volume consumer goods assembly packaging) from concept thru the following steps: Control systems architectural decisions-selection-design Schematic and flow diagrams Source and selection of control system components (sensors, vision, controllers, HMI, drives, motors, actuators, and associated software.) 3D design From scaratch development of FactoryTalk platform based user/operator machine interfaces (GUI and Flow customized to projects) Documentation Seeking experience with the following technologies: Machine programming with Structured Text and Ladder Logic Electrical Design software such as: EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
