We are seeking a Controller with private sector experience to form the foundation of a top-notch finance organization in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have shown success managing accounting operations in a fast-paced business environment with a high volume of transactions and be eager to support all aspects of finance at Prolific 1. This role will provide management to the Accounting team with the goal of reviewing and understanding existing processes and making suggestions on implementing new strategies to improve efficiency.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. This role will support the CEO in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department.
