What will I do as Controller?
- Responsible for the company's general ledger system. This includes maintenance, enhancements, and security of the system.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to the company's financial policies and that the internal control environment is properly functioning.
- Lead month end closing process per the established closing timeline.
- Maintain the company's chart of accounts, adding branches, product codes and general ledger codes as needed.
- Prepares cash flow forecasts and daily cash entries as well as fixed asset schedules.
- Participate in Budgeting and forecasting as requested.
What is needed?
- Bachelors in Accounting preferred
- Experience leading month end close
- Experience with revenue recognition or WIP
- Experience effectively managing people and teams
