Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA ideal
- 7+ years of audit and industry experience in the Not-For-Profit/NGO space
- Leadership in non-profit accounting and strong understanding of GAAP, Restricted Funds, and International Development
- Operationally minded with strong communication and project management skills
- Strong interest in international operations and cross-culture interaction
