Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller for our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role will directly impact the financial success of our organization by managing costs, optimizing processes, and providing insightful financial data to guide strategic decisions. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations within the manufacturing department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
2. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to senior management.
3. Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that align with the company's strategic plan.
4. Produce accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
5. Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
6. Manage cost accounting processes, including tracking, analyzing, and controlling manufacturing costs.
7. Use ERP and Power BI systems to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
8. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory management and minimize costs.
9. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
10. Participate in strategic planning to support the company's financial objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
5. Experience with financial audits and compliance.
6. Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management.
7. Proficiency in using ERP systems and Power BI.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable way.
10. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
12. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
