Job Description:

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, utilizing Costpoint software.

Prepare and analyze cost proposals for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives. Track budget performance and provide timely reports to the management team.

Prepare and submit cost reports and financial statements to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements.

Interact with financial institutions, manage banking relationships, and oversee cash management activities.

Apply your expertise in managing government contracts, understanding the intricacies of government regulations, compliance, and reporting.

Implement and oversee job costing processes, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to specific projects and contracts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Extensive experience working with Costpoint software is mandatory.

Proven track record in government contract accounting and financial management.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a finance team.
