Controller - Hybrid in Montgomery County
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a leader in the construction company located in Montgomery County looking to bring on a Controller due to a project.
- This position is hybrid (3/4 days in, 1 out)

- Duration: 2-3 months
- Pay: $65-70/hr depending on experience.

Overview of the Controller role:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting department.
- General Ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end close.
- Financial reporting monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Internal and external audit.
- Ad hoc projects / reporting.
Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position
- Construction experience is a plus
- Sage 300 experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's
