Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in a Controller or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
